"EEF (The Manufacturers' Organisation) will be using two of Outtakes films, Hearing: The Science Bit and Musculoskeletal Disorders: Work and Sport, on the new NEBOSH Management of Health and Wellbeing at Work course. We feel the modern and novel way the films present these two common safety issues is refreshing and fits ideally within the framework of the new course. For details of the course please visit www.eef.org.uk."

"EDF Energy Networks is using Blind Man's Bluff interactive to support the implementation of its new On-site (Point of Work) Assessment process that is being rolled out to more than 3,000 EDF Energy Networks employees and key contractors." Outtakes comment This insatiable demand for entertaining, enthralling and useful technology is also creeping into more and more aspects of the business world, as webinars, podcasts and video conferencing become a regular part of working life. Even the Cabinet Office has issued advice to civil servants on how to ‘twitter’. But in the training world, the main aids still have not moved on from the flip chart, linear film or PowerPoint. While each has its place, surely there are now more sophisticated, entertaining and original ways to deliver a message?

Realistic Accident Investigation When contacted by a local industrial company, that had recently experienced a working at height accident, Outtakes seized the opportunity to create a unique health and safety-training product. By taking a real accident and fictionalising all the events leading up to and surrounding it, Outtakes has provided trainees with a realistic accident scenario to investigate.
